This Privacy Notice sets out how Network Sunday Limited collects, uses, retains and transfers information collected about you.
Network Sunday Global Limited, trading as “Salespro”, and Network Sunday Limited, trading as “TechPros” or “Network Sunday”, respect your right to privacy. We ask that you read this notice carefully as it contains important information about what to expect when we collect or process personal information about you, how we will use it and what your rights are in relation to our processing.
References to “we” and “us” are references to Network Sunday Global Limited or Network Sunday Limited and any associated trade names.

We are registered as a data controller with the Information Commissioners Office in the United Kingdom, with the Network Sunday Ltd registration number being Z3468574 and Network Sunday Global Limited (In progress).

Information we collect about you
We may collect information about you as an employee of company that we have been engaged to research. When this is the case, we will only collect information that is publicly available, sources of which may include, but are not limited to, the internet, LinkedIn, blogs and business directories. Our researchers use this information to identify prospective business contacts and business contact information.
We may also collect your personal information when your company becomes a client, supply services to us, visit our website or attend any of our events
In the course of our business activities we may collect some or all of the following categories of personal information from you:
- Contact information – Name, business contact details for address, email and telephone number(s).
- Professional information – professional or employment-related information including job title, role description, employer and location.
- Sales & marketing information – as part of our sales & marketing activity we will use your contact information and may use online identifiers such as IP address, social media ID and web beacons when engaging with you.
- Commercial information – we will collect personal information relevant to the matter upon which we may be instructed and maintain a history of these interactions. Where required, we will store a user-name and password details in order to give access to services.
- Recruitment information – in addition to you contact details we will also collect information on educational history, professional or employment-related history, references and hobbies interests. Where permitted we may hold sensitive information relating you your application such as health information or disability, these are only used to ensure the needs of the candidate can be met.
- Audio-visual materials – occasionally we may capture video recordings of virtual meetings.

Occasionally we may receive information about you from other sources which we will add to the information which we already hold about you in order to help us provide the required services or comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
The categories of personal information outlined above will have been obtained either directly from you or indirectly from publicly available sources (e.g. LinkedIn or Companies House). The personal information we obtain from these sources relate to your corporate activities, collection of which is permissible without your consent under the Privacy & Electronic Regulations (PECR).
How we use the information
The personal information we collect is used only for the specific purposes outlined. The legal basis for processing for each purpose is as follows:

Legitimate interest means that we have reasonable grounds to process your personal information. Where legitimate interest is stated as a legal basis for processing, we are of the opinion that our legitimate interests are not overridden by your interests, rights or freedoms. Where you engage us to provide services to your organisation our legal basis for processing is contract. The provision of contact information is a contractual requirement, failure to provide this will adversely impact our ability to deliver.
We may provide you with information about any services or events we think may be of interest to you. If you would rather not receive this information please unsubscribe at the bottom of the email we sent you.
If you agree to us providing you with marketing information, you can always opt-out at a later date.
How long we retain your data
Under legitimate interest we will retain your data for as long as this interest exists, once at an end your personal information will be deleted after two years.
Under contract we will hold relevant personal information for 6 years from the end of year the contract is terminated.
Where data retention is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, it will be retained in accordance with the relevant legislation.
If a candidate is unsuccessful in their job application, we will hold their details on record for one year in case another suitable role arises.
Third parties we share information with
We will only share information with third-party suppliers, where necessary to conduct our business operations. We have appointed third party data processors in the following categories; lead generation, customer relationship management, proposal management, productivity software, email and data storage. Each of these suppliers have committed to GDPR compliance, applying suitable safeguards to your personal information.
We will share information with third parties, such as HMRC and the police, where legally required to do so.
We do not sell any of the personal information we process.
Where your information is held
We use third-party cloud services to manage aspects of our business operations, as detailed above. A subset of the providers require your data to be transferred to the United States of America (US), in which case the contracts have EU standard contractual clauses inserted. All others maintain your personal information in the EU.

How we protect your information
We have put in place a range of security measures, both technical and organisational, to protect your personal data from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction. We regularly review the measures put in place to ensure your personal information is as secure as practically possible.
All our staff, and suppliers, have committed to maintaining confidentiality and only authorised persons will have access to your personal information.
Cookies (and other tracking technologies)
We analyse your IP and browsing information to assess the effectiveness of our website, this helps us to identify ways to improve it and make it a more positive and relevant user experience.
Our proposal management tool uses web beacons or other technologies to determine whether messages have been opened and links clicked on. Web beacons do not place information on your device, but they may work in conjunction with cookies to monitor activity.
